In 2006 Charlote Watkins set up Land and Property Planning Solutions (LP Planning) with the aim of helping land and property owners navigate the planning system.

An independent planning consultant, dedicated to helping find solutions to planning matters. Over the last 19 years, Charlotte has established a solid working relationship with Wiltshire Council Planning team, and prior to setting up LP Planning she was a planning officer at North Wiltshire Council (now Wiltshire Council). Charlotte is a chartered member of the Royal Town Planning Institute, and is committed to promoting town planning as a career choice.

 

Charlotte is motivated to achieve the best outcome for her clients. She understands the importance of maximising your land and property assets. Charlotte forms a teams with her clients at the centre.
